Who is bad about drinking coffee?

Coffee is the most popular drink all over the world.

Coffee is a popular symbol food in addition to cola worldwide.

The reason why Starbucks became especially popular in Asian countries is because of its wide range of coffee types. They say demand is rising steadily.

In Asian countries, one adult in Korea drinks more than one cup of coffee a day. That's a huge amount.

The reason people drink coffee is because it is more accessible, more usable, and more palatable.

If there's anything burning about this craze for coffee, it's a media report saying that coffee is good for you.

Many of you may have seen a large number of reports saying, " Drinking more than five cups of coffee a day is good for 00. "

In fact, there are many studies that have studied the relationship between coffee and health.

One of the most notable studies was published by the International Agency for Research and Imperial College London.

This is a large-scale study of 680,000 adults in the United States and Europe.
The study concluded that coffee drinking actually helps one's health.

But we haven't identified the causal connection.
They found that coffee can lower the risk of dying from diseases.

But it's not good to overdo anything.

And be cautious, as it may work differently depending on your constitution.

Of course, many people think that coffee has a lot of caffeine and sugar.
(In the case of putting syrup, sugar, etc.) You are well aware of this and do not drink coffee for health purposes.

I only drink coffee because I have more chance to drink it.

I've learned about people who need to be careful about this.

1. A gastrointestinal disease

You may have heard about the fact that if you drink coffee on an empty stomach,

the caffeine in coffee stimulates the secretion of gastric acid,  so you should not drink coffee on an empty stomach.

That's why it's a good idea for people with gastrointestinal conditions to avoid coffee.

Even if it's not an empty stomach, it can cause heartburn more easily.

And if symptoms of heartburn are repeated, it can lead to gastric ulcers or gastritis.

2. Sleep disorder

The caffeine in coffee inhibits the action of adenosine receptors, which causes drowsiness, to maintain the awakening of the brain.

Therefore,
it is advisable for people with sleep disorders to avoid drinking coffee because it can disturb your sleep.

If you really want to drink, it's a good idea to avoid nightly activities.

3. Anemia

Anemia is a symptom that causes the hypoxia in the tissue as the blood does not provide enough oxygen to metabolize the tissue.

These days,

more people are showing signs of anemia as they deliberately avoid eating for reasons of dieting.

If you're experiencing anemia, be careful about drinking coffee.

The tannin component of coffee makes a compound with calcium and iron that prevents absorption.

Therefore, avoid drinking coffee as it can cause anemia more than usual.

For the same reason, it is not good to drink coffee after taking iron supplements.

4. After drinking

Drinking coffee after drinking is not a good idea.  Alcohol makes a person drunk.

Drinking coffee at this time can interfere with the caffeine process in coffee.

So it makes you feel like you're sober, and it's just blocking the release of chemicals.

Eventually, if you are drunk,

you become conscious as if you are sober, which can lead to poor judgment and high drinking.

It is also recommended to avoid coffee after drinking as hangovers may appear to be worse then normal.
