The food we eat has a lot of effects on our health.
This is what it sounds like. But what are the effects on mental health?
Alcohol, the symbolic food that affects our central nervous system, is obviously very effective, but there are many unknown aspects of the effects of unhealthy diets on mental health.
Recent studies have shown some positive results, but there is still insufficient evidence that eating healthy can cure or prevent depression.
But studies are going on.
A Tarde - Uol
The Rush University research team has 964 subjects observing traditional Western diets, small and medium sized diets, and a Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH) diet.
The results showed that the DASH diet (a diet with many vegetables, vegetables, and less sodium, as the name suggests, is a diet intended to prevent and treat high blood pressure) may help prevent depression.
However, the research has not been completed yet, so further validation is required.
In smaller studies, it was reported that the Mediterranean diet (a diet rich in many vegetables, vegetables, nuts, fish, and so on) helped relieve depression in people with depression.
However, a recent metadata analysis showed no connection. The 24 studies showed that unhealthy diets don't have a consistent relationship with depression.
This may be because, of course, we don't have enough studies yet. Too much sodium and sugar can also affect the central nervous system.

I think it's still too early to conclude, despite some studies that a healthy diet is good for your mental health.
It seems like a healthy diet will keep the mind healthy as well as the body healthy, but I think further studies are needed to come to a definite scientific conclusion.
However, this is obvious.
There is no scientific evidence that a healthy diet is good for your mental health!
A healthy diet can help you stay healthy.
